In November 1966, a woman in Orlando, Florida repeatedly observed a flying object with red, green, and flashing white lights. Initially thinking it might be a blimp, she soon realized it did not behave like one. The object moved slowly, sometimes stopped, and other times accelerated suddenly, all without making any noise.
