Triangular UFO seen near Sanford in 1966

Summary

A witness in Sanford, Florida, observed a triangular object with red, white, and green lights on November 18, 1966. The object hovered at tree-top level, disappeared to the ground, and reappeared a few seconds later before heading north. The observation lasted between 2 and 4 minutes. Although initially considered unexplained, the final conclusion suggested it could have been a helicopter. The witness, a 21-year-old woman, described the event clearly and honestly.
