Summary

A young student in Maryland reported a bright white, round object in the sky on November 27, 1966. The object appeared suddenly and moved in a straight line upward, at around 30-40 degrees above the trees. The witness observed it for just a few seconds before it disappeared behind some trees. Although the initial report classified it as a meteor, investigators noted that it did not match the movement of visible satellites in the area at that time.
