🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In November 1966, a civilian in Duluth, Minnesota, spotted an unidentified object for five minutes. The observer described the object as a silver dollar at arm's length, with a blue-white color. It appeared near a hole in the ice of Pike Lake, something not present the previous winter. The observer's dogs barked repeatedly that night, adding an air of mystery to the case.
The Air Force concluded there was insufficient data for evaluation. Although the witness claimed to be a private pilot and former OSI agent, there was no physical evidence or photographs. The report notes the object remained stationary before disappearing when the observer returned from the kitchen. Despite the lack of conclusive data, this case remains one of those enigmas that remind us of the strangeness of UFO sightings.
