🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In February 1967, a witness in Toledo, Ohio, reported seeing an unidentified object. According to the document, the object emitted a humming sound and moved westward while hovering over a field. The observation was not sufficient for a scientific evaluation by the Air Force, so the witness was asked to complete an additional form. Although no physical evidence was found, the testimony was recorded as part of the documentation of unidentified aerial phenomena.
The official Air Force document states that the information provided was insufficient for a scientific analysis. The witness was requested to complete a FID Form 164 to provide further details. Despite the lack of physical evidence, the case was filed under Project 10073, an Air Force initiative to document UFO sightings. The description of the object and its behavior remains mysterious, but the testimony is part of the history of UFO investigations in the 1960s.
