🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In February 1967, a witness in Cheltenham, Maryland, observed a red object with spectrum colors traveling in a straight line. The object made no noise and seemed like a traffic light with blinking lights. Initially, it was concluded to be an aircraft, but the data contradicted this idea. The witness noted that the object disappeared from view due to distance.
The report details that the object was seen during the day, with an observation duration of around 10 minutes. No sound was heard, and the object showed no changes in shape or emitted smoke. Although the possibility of an aircraft was considered, the report mentions inconsistencies suggesting it was not a conventional one. The object was described as bright with alternating lights, which generated confusion about its nature.
