🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A witness in Englewood, Colorado, reported an object in the western sky that changed color. The object initially appeared peach-colored and later turned more reddish, remaining stationary for over five minutes. It was located about 45 degrees above the horizon, near the mountain.
Investigators considered the possibility of an astronomical observation. The star Aldebaran was in a similar position in the sky, which could explain the object's color and location. Although the witness did not identify it as an aircraft, the possibility of an aerial object was not ruled out. No physical evidence or photographs were found, but the report suggests it could have been a natural or astronomical phenomenon.
