🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In March 1967, an unidentified object was sighted in Las Vegas, Nevada. Witnesses described it as round with very bright white and green lights. The object moved northward and gradually disappeared. Although Venus or an aircraft were considered, no physical or photographic evidence was obtained. Several witnesses, including civilians and a UFO reporting officer, documented the event.
The report includes four separate testimonies, all agreeing on the object's shape and direction. The sky was clear and dark with normal weather conditions. Despite differences in details, the observers were not related, suggesting a shared observation of the same phenomenon. The official conclusion points to Venus as an explanation, though other possibilities are not ruled out.
