UFO seen in Tucson with balloon-like shape

Summary

A circular white object with red flickers was observed in Tucson, Arizona, in 1967. The witness described a figure resembling a hot air balloon moving southeast. Although initially thought to be a common balloon, its behavior and the description of "red fire dripping" added mystery to the sighting. The observation lasted about 4-5 minutes, and the object disappeared after moving at a 45-degree angle. Luke AFB and other air units were informed, but no physical evidence was found.
