In March 1967, a witness in Othello, Washington observed a cigar-shaped object the size of a baseball. The object changed colors from white to red to green and emitted a whirring sound. Although others in the area heard the sound, not everyone saw the object. The observation lasted about 20 seconds, and the object disappeared suddenly with a flash. The report includes testimonies from several witnesses, including military personnel, and concluded it could be a conventional aircraft, though no physical evidence was found.
