🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
A freshman student in Oil City, Pennsylvania, reported a UFO with a cigar-like shape, red windows, and a rotating white light on March 31, 1967. The object was observed for two minutes, made no sound, and disappeared behind a range of hills. The witness, who was walking and looking at the stars, described the object in detail, including its silver-gray color and the glowing interior. Although initially considered a possible aircraft, the lack of noise and the unusual features raised questions.
The sighting was documented by Project Bluebook, and the witness was asked to complete a detailed questionnaire. She confirmed the object had no wings, was close to the ground, and did not resemble any known aircraft. Despite the Air Force contacting a local advertising company for possible explanations, none were found. The case remains unresolved, with a detailed visual description that does not easily match known objects.
