UFO seen in Paris Texas with radar mentioned

Summary

A civilian observer in Paris, Texas, reported a UFO in May 1967. The report initially mentioned radar contact, but was later corrected to state no radar sightings were observed. The object made a 90-degree turn at high speed, separated and reconnected before vanishing quickly. The observer couldn't describe the object, but noted its strange behavior compared to normal aircraft.

The report was mistakenly sent to Lowry Technical Training Center in Colorado instead of the nearest Air Force base. The FAA traffic supervisor was asked to preserve any physical evidence and be ready to provide further information. Despite investigations, no concrete evidence or photographs of the event were found.
