🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In 1967, a witness in Denver, Colorado, reported seeing two triangular objects that changed colors and then separated. The account describes how the objects, initially together, split into opposite directions—one heading northeast and the other southwest. Both appeared to waver in flight, as if "rippling" through the air. One gradually disappeared to the north, while the other remained visible to the south, stationary. The observer, a student, claimed that several family members and neighbors also saw the objects, adding credibility to the sighting.
The U.S. Air Force responded that they lacked sufficient data for a scientific evaluation and requested the observer to complete an additional form. Despite the absence of physical or photographic evidence, the report includes detailed descriptions of the objects and their behavior. This case, like many from the era, reflects the intrigue and mystery surrounding UFO sightings in the 1960s.
