🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In October 1967, several testimonies about unidentified flying object (UFO) sightings were reported in the Newfield, New York area. A group of people, including a man named Stanley Orr, claimed to have seen a large object with red and white lights, and allegedly with extraterrestrial beings. Police and military forces investigated the reports, but found no conclusive physical evidence. The presence of lights in the sky was attributed to commercial and military aircraft. Despite the investigations, the testimonies could not be verified and were considered unfounded. Orr's figure generated controversy, with rumors that he might be seeking personal gain through his stories.
