Summary

In 1967, a witness in Corpus Christi, Texas, reported a bright red object resembling a wedding band with lights around it. The object was about 6 feet in diameter and caused concern due to dying vegetation nearby. A Geiger counter was used but showed no increased radiation. Only one tree was affected by insects.
