🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In November 1967, a witness in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, observed a yellowish object that remained nearly stationary in the sky. The object, described as resembling a bright star, appeared to oscillate slightly around a fixed point. The observation lasted about 20 minutes, but the witness failed to return a requested form, leaving some questions unanswered.
The report notes that the object was at approximately 55 degrees elevation, while the stars DENIS, VEGA, and ALTAIR were nearby. Although the observer did not explain how the object disappeared, researchers considered the possibility of an astronomical phenomenon, though a UFO could not be ruled out.
