In March 1959, several witnesses in Bergen, Norway, saw five bright objects crossing the sky from north to south. The first was spotted at 20:10 and disappeared after two minutes. Observers compared it to Soviet satellites of the time. Five minutes later, the second object appeared, followed by three more. No sound was heard, and even a dog, usually reactive to aircraft, showed no interest. The objects were seen with the naked eye and binoculars, adding credibility. This case was reported in a local newspaper and collected by the CIA.
