🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In February 1968, a witness in Appleton, Wisconsin, reported a bright red object moving northeast. The observer mentioned hearing a buzzing sound during the sighting, though he didn't hear it upon returning. The observation lasted four minutes, and the source was a civilian. Despite the description, investigators concluded the object could have been an aircraft. There was no physical evidence or photographs, but the observer's visual account was key to evaluating the case.
