🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In February 1968, an observer in Clewiston, Florida, reported seeing a kite-shaped, luminous object that crossed the horizon in 3 to 10 minutes. The object, described as yellowish-white and bright, caused confusion when the observer noted that their telescope failed to work while viewing it. Due to inconsistencies in the report and unclear details, the Air Force classified the case as "conflicting." Although no physical evidence or photographs were provided, the incident was investigated as part of Project Blue Book, though no definitive conclusion was reached.
The original testimony offered few additional details, and the observer did not confirm if others saw it. The Air Force requested more information, but none was obtained. Cases like these, where descriptions are vague or contradictory, are often difficult to analyze. However, each report contributes to the understanding of unidentified aerial phenomena, even when no clear explanation is found.
