🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In March 1968, a witness reported seeing an unidentified object while traveling between Corpus Christi and Robstown, Texas. The sighting lasted between 5 and 10 minutes, and although the observer found it significant, authorities deemed the report unreliable. No photos were taken and no physical evidence was found, making further analysis difficult. The case was recorded by the Corpus Christi Naval Air Station, but no conclusive findings were reached.
The report, though brief, is part of a series of UFO sightings documented in the 1960s. Despite the lack of concrete data, these records are valuable for understanding how such sightings were handled at the time. The official response was typical: the witness was asked to complete a form for more details, but no further follow-up occurred. As with many other cases, this one was filed away without resolution.
