A witness in Cincinnati, Ohio, reported an unidentified object in March 1968. They described a blinking or fluctuating light resembling an inverted "V," white in color, with lights similar to aircraft landing lights. The object appeared in the northwest around 10 PM and moved until it faded around 3 AM. Initially thought stationary, it later showed movement. The report concluded there was insufficient data for a definitive evaluation, with no physical evidence or additional witnesses.
The Air Force investigated and linked the sighting to an aircraft with an aerial advertising sign. However, the observer did not confirm this identification, leaving the case unresolved. The testimony highlights the importance of visual details and the need for more information to rule out conventional explanations.
