🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In May 1968, a witness in Dayton, Ohio, reported seeing a stationary white light in the sky. According to the report, the light remained fixed for at least 10 minutes, drawing the attention of the observer. The on-duty officer overheard the witness, who, along with another person, thought it was a star. However, the lack of detailed information made it difficult to evaluate the phenomenon.
The Air Force responded by requesting more data through an AF Form 117, but the case was not followed up. Although the light was considered possibly an astronomical object, the inability to obtain further details left the observation without a clear conclusion. Cases like this, where a light remains motionless and does not match conventional objects, remain a mystery in UFO research.
