🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In August 1968, a witness in West Carrollton, Ohio, reported an aerial phenomenon observed for one hour. The report, part of Project 10073, notes that the object appeared as a twinkling point in the sky. The observer notified the duty officer, but the required AF Form 117 was not returned for further analysis. The official conclusion was that there was insufficient data to evaluate the case. Despite the brevity of the report, this historical document shows how air authorities requested precise details from witnesses to investigate unidentified phenomena.
