🇺🇸 USAF — Project Blue Book
In October 1969, a witness in Defuniak Springs, Florida, observed a bright object moving beneath the clouds toward the southeast. The sighting lasted between 3 and 4 seconds, and although initially considered a UFO event, investigators concluded it was likely the decay of a satellite. There was no physical evidence or clear photographs, but the observer's testimony was detailed. The report, part of Project 10073, analyzes the trajectory and timing of the sighting, suggesting a natural explanation.
