In 1952, an officer at Tempelhof Air Base in Berlin, Germany, submitted a report detailing an encounter with an unidentified flying object. The report describes how several members of the base staff, including firefighters and tower operators, observed between three and four glowing, oval-shaped objects spinning in the sky. Witnesses described the objects as bright and without visible trails, disappearing quickly to the east. Despite efforts to identify them, no conclusive explanation was reached, with possibilities such as searchlights on clouds considered, although no ground-based lights were observed.

The report also includes meteorological data from the time, indicating clear conditions with 15 miles visibility and scattered clouds.
