🇺🇸 CIA
In November 1954, the CIA reviewed several reports of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) observed near military installations. A notable incident occurred on the 19th of November, when a U.S. Navy pilot identified a delta-shaped object, similar in size to a fighter jet, that far exceeded the capabilities of conventional aircraft. The object's speed was estimated to surpass Mach 3, raising significant interest and concern about its unknown origin.
The analysis concluded that while most reports could not be confirmed, some UFOs might have been experimental aircraft or even Soviet vehicles. The CIA also considered the possibility that the sightings were the result of undisclosed military tests. Despite efforts to capture high-security images, no conclusive evidence was obtained. This case reflects the uncertainty and mystery surrounding UFOs during the Cold War.
