In May 1990, several witnesses in Ribecourt-Dreslincourt observed yellow lights spinning in the sky, which caused some concern. Testimonies indicated that the phenomenon was visible over several days, drawing local attention. After a thorough investigation, researchers concluded that the lights were not of unknown origin, but came from a nearby disco. The powerful spotlights from the disco were visible up to 30 kilometers around, explaining the apparent anomaly. This case is a classic example of how a conventional light source can be misinterpreted as an unexplained phenomenon.
