Summary

In August 1959, an observer in Hoquiam, Washington, spotted between 4 and 5 lights of a bronze to reddish color. The objects made no sound and left no trail, remaining visible for about 20 minutes. During this time, the lights flickered on and off before gradually disappearing. The initial report suggested they could be an aircraft, but no definitive identification was made. The lack of distinct features and their irregular formation added mystery to the case.

Weather conditions were favorable, with visibility over 15 miles and scattered thin clouds. Despite detailed observations, the phenomenon could not be conclusively identified. The report was shared with several air intelligence units, but no clear conclusion was reached. This case remains one of the many UFO incidents in history that resist a clear explanation.
